Not a bad idea for a bathroom! There's a lot of surface area for towels, and the screens can double as clothes hangers. My problem would be to bring the livingroom up to wet room codes and redraw the plumbing. I'll probably change the greenery from pines to spiderplants and moss though - they behave better indoors.

I'm intrigued by that cabinet in the background! I kinda' want to build it - it looks extremely buildable and very suitable for a cardboard furniture project. OTH it reminds me of those radio cupboards from the time when radios where gigantic, and that style I don't like. I think it's the orange vase in the display box down right that triggers it. Does it do that for you too?

If I ever go to Heng Dian World Studios the candle holders are probably safe - they won't fit my home unless I turn them into a permanent ~Christmas tree*. But that _shelving unit_ and the _manuscript box_ on the table! I'm ashamed to say I'd desperately try to look like an Old Lady In Need To Be Pampered to wiggle out if I can buy those set pieces after shooting is over, and probably annoy a director or two.

Everything about this set is awesome! The indoor moat with floating lotus lanterns, the mechanical table spitting secret messages (that blurry spot to the left), and the buddha made out of hanging chrystals. Not a fan of making surveillance look cool (this is the center for that), but the set designer _really_ deserves All The Prices.

Also, I wonder if I can build something like this into my house? A little moatling perhaps?

Yes, it's cool that Ma tumbles into the baldachin, but that fabric is definitely cooler! The sections are at least 120cm wide, and the blue ones have their pattern woven into the fabric. Well, it's either the latter or props' printed two sets of sheets and stitched them together to make them look like jaquard - a feat in itself. A+ for effort and execution!
