Elise and I attended a very interesting #whiskytasting last night at #SlijterijBerendsen in #Enschede. Whiskydistiller #MarkReynier, former owner of #MurrayMcDavid and #Bruichladdich and now owner of the Irish #WaterfordDistillery, told his view on whiskymaking and that was different then we ever heard before. The theory of mister Reynier over how important #terroir is in #barley and in the end of all flavours in the whiskybottle. Read more:
