I feel like ppl are missing the point about the thing between #mtg and #aoc
I know very little about the whole thing
All I know is that mtg made real moves to the left
And AOC bissh slapped her
Idk if mtg has responded or not
The nature of the slap is what I want to point out
First, I stopped trusting AOC after she threw Palestinians under the bus in 2018
She has done nothing to disabuse me of this view
Second, I was part of the protest to successfully silence mtg in downtown Manhattan during the trump sentencing.
AOC primaried the guy who was going to put #m4a on the docket.
She is INSULTINGLY performative (all white outfit crying fake tears at a detention center...'tirelessly night and day' ...fucking lying genocide normalizer) and power hungry...she has never copped to an error, she either displaces the blame, flexes or misdirects..everything Ive seen that she does supports those assertions.
These realities point to a sheepdog. NOTHING else
The slap of mtg wasn't about protecting the voters
It was about keeping her acolytes
Mtg is outflanking AOC on the left AND THE FUCKKNG GHOUL WONT CHANGE, so you have to be warned about the person that is speaking to their deeply held conviction about Palestine.
Totally on point.
Mtg may or may not be finished with her evolution. Who knows what is next for her ...she would have to make similar observations about poverty, immigration, trans rights and healthcare for me to be truly impressed
AOC specifically coopts the issue ('our movement'....FUCK her, how FUCKING DARE SHE with allies like this who needs nukes?) and then deflects...if you can't approve of good behavior from a bad actor, there's a reason....hers is obv, and it's bad faith..at best its an amateurs unforced error,...regardless it's genocide apology
But more importantly, the dismissal ...with nonspecific and a simultaneously harsh nature speaks to inflexibility worthy of the tolerance paradox, NOT of someone moving left.
The BAD PART as far as aoc is concerned is that she is being upstaged and outflanked.
Little all about eveish..
But all things being equal...
Both with a record of 10-1
The better player goes to the one who improves, not to the stagnant one... regardless of what I think of her

I have a large local #musiclibrary—mostly #flac with some #m4a. I sync it between my #nas and four computers using #rsync.
Unfortunately, I recently discovered that some files appear to be corrupted, even though I've always checked the rsync logs. 🫢I'll need to scan the entire library now to see how widespread the damage is. I first noticed something was wrong when a few tracks started skipping mid-song while playing via #mpd / #mpc.
I guess nothing lasts forever—not even music files. 😞
