  1. With #Lindsey #Lindsay #Graham #LindsayGraham #LindseyGraham death comes the death of any NDAs that might be floating around Washington DC and South Carolina.

#Trans influencer and actor, Jesse James Rose (#JesseJamesRose), got the party started: “Most of you know him as the #homophobic #Senator from South #Carolina but to me he will always be the man who paid a twinky pre-transition college student a fat stack of cash to do unspeakable things to him in a hotel room while he wore red lingerie,” she alleged on #instagram

#LindseyGraham's hypocrisy from his "I'm out" remarks condemning #DictatorDon on the senate floor after #Jan6, to his above quote trying to educate #Republicans as to what a reprobate #CreamsicleCaligula was, only to then become one of his most vocal attack dogs, was the pinnacle of #GOPHypocrisy.

I confess, I'm shedding as many tears for #Lindsey's passing as he did for #JimmyCarter.

  3. #SENATOR LINDSEY #GRAHAM HAS #DIED: On July 12, U.S. Senator from #South #Carolina #Lindsey Graham died at the age of 71 following a sudden #illness.
Graham served in #Congress for more than 30 years and was known for advocating for isolating #Tehran

  4. A judge has ordered the Donald Trump-appointed lawyer who led failed prosecutions of two of his political opponents to
⭐️explain why she is still representing herself as US attorney for the eastern district of Virginia -- after another judge ruled she was in the position unlawfully.

In an order filed in the district’s Richmond division on Tuesday, #Lindsey #Halligan was given seven days to explain why she had engaged in “professional misconduct” by continuing to sign indictments.

Halligan -- Trump’s former personal lawyer -- was installed by the president in September to lead the prosecutions of two political figures with whom he had frequently clashed: #James #Comey, the former director of the FBI, and #Letitia #James, attorney general for the state of New York.

⭐️Federal judge Cameron McGowan Currie threw out both cases in November, writing in a scathing opinion that Halligan’s installation was invalid, and
“all actions flowing from Ms Halligan’s defective appointment” were
“unlawful exercises of executive power and must be set aside”.

✅The three-page order signed Tuesday by district court judge David Novak, in an unrelated case, is similarly unequivocal.
“While the US has appealed Judge Currie’s opinion and order, no stay has been issued in conjunction with that appeal,” he wrote.
“Consequently, it remains the binding precedent in this district and is not subject to being ignored.”

  6. Two prominent Republican senators have split with President Trump over his decisionto sever government security for former officials who are in Iran’s crosshairs.
Last week, Trump, 78, cut off funding for security for former Secretary of State Mike #Pompeo, ex-National Security Adviser John #Bolton and others.
Sens. #Lindsey #Graham of South Carolina and #Tom #Cotton of Arkansas, both outspoken GOP backers of Trump, are now encouraging the president to reevaluate that move.

“If people are going to work for the president now on Iran or China or North Korea or the Mexican drug cartels,
they might hesitate to do so”
because of the security withdrawal, Cotton warned
