    The team of the Japanese #LEV1 Moon rover might have heard a carrier from LEV-1. We will track the Moon tonight 28 Jan. with the 25m Dwingeloo radio telescope to check. We will stream our signal (from 19:30 UTC to about 20:30 UTC) to WebSDR: websdr.camras.nl:8901/?tune=43

    "[T]he small LEV-1 with a mass of 2.1 kg (including a 90g communication device), achieved successful direct communication with Earth from the moon. This is considered as the world's smallest and lightest case of direct data transmission from approximately 380,000 kilometers away."

    To qualify as a QRP station I guess its RF power needs to be less than 5W. But I haven't found many details about the radios.

    Some more #LEV1 CW signals, decoded with @destevez's #gnuradio flowgraph, for about one hour of data. Unfortunately the raw IQ is a bit large to share (13GB), however the 5MB data for this graph (which should be decodable) is at data.camras.nl/slim/cw/ We'll work a bit on mass producing these files, and finding a way to share the larger files.
