    Szechuan Chicken Lettuce Wraps

    Chicken:
    Bread small pieces with panko, bake
    Coat with sweet chili sauce

    Spicy Mayo:
    Mayo and sriracha

    Chili Dip:
    2Tbs Gochujang paste
    1Tbs rice vinegar
    1Tbs honey
    1Tbs sugar
    1Tbs garlic
    1tsp sesame oil

    Top the chicken with fried wontons and green onion (peanuts are also good but apparently I didn't have any)

    Serve with iceberg lettuce cups.
