I usually eat leftover pizza cold, or heat in the oven occasionally
I’ve heard about using cast iron like a pizza stone, so I did a stovetop version
The skillet on a hot plate, warmed up at medium
Cover lightly with foil until crust gets crispy!
Remelted cheese is fantastic!
