auf jede Platte 3 Stangen grünen #Spargel legen + aufrollen.

Aus #Joghurt #Milch #Eigelb #Knoblauch #Speisestärke veganem #Parmesan #Mozzarella + SalzPfeffer eine Art #Béchamel rühren. Die Hälfte davon in eine Auflaufform geben, die Spargel-Rollen darauflegen, den Rest der Béchamel über die Pasta geben + backen.

Mit dem eben kreierten #PestoGrandioso servieren.

#Karotten #Champignons #Shiitake Zwiebeln #Knoblauch #Tomaten ganz fein hacken. Mit #Olivenöl viel #Miso #Rosenharissa #Tomatenmark #Sojasauce #Kreuzkümmel mischen. 
Im Ofen backen, dann #Gemüsebrühe #Rotwein #Kokosmilch #Linsen und #Perlgraupen zugeben und weiter zugedeckt backen.

Die #Lasagne in eine Auflaufform schichten - #Béchamel - Nudelplatte - Béchamel - #Ragu - #Pecorino - #Mozzarella usw.
Im Ofen backen.

Mit brauner Butter bestreichen, mit Salbei und Kapern bestreuen und etwas Kapernwasser draufgeben. Mit Zitronenabrieb bestreuen.

Und jetzt kommt der schwerste Teil: Warten, bis sie nicht mehr ganz so heiß ist...
