Went to a #LadderSafety class, learned basics about not killing oneself on a ladder. Told family all about it. Boring stuff, but still makes sense, right?
Later on, at a fair, saw a Ladder Safety booth, walked up to it. My younger kid, prepped in advance, goes and declares,
"Most people don't realize the importance of safety around ladders! They are a common cause of household and jobsite injury!"
Booth staff light up, all happy someone cares.
("Made their day, you did. Ha!")
