After my wife and I received our certificates from the recent multi-day #KravMaga seminar, I decided I was ready to get back to regular training. My current goal is to obtain my #Premier blackbelt in #Krav while picking back up on #Taekwondo.

Since the Krav seminar, I have had two classes and I am so proud of myself for pushing through even when I was tired. Since I last trained regularly, I have lost weight and increased my stamina. You have to love results. #training #MartialArts #health

I have had the good fortune to train #Krav Maga the last couple of days. Tomorrow is the last day of the seminar. This has been a blast. My family has trained in multiple styles of traditional #Martial Arts. In recent years, we have trained some ground work and now, Krav. It is always fun to practical martial arts as you learn so much about yourself and your limitations, real and perceived.
