Eine weitere Lektüre vom Comic-Salon letzten Jahres und leider wieder sehr aktuell: "Kobane Calling" von Zerocalcare. Der italienische Zeichner erzählt von seinen beiden Reisen nach #Kobane und in andere kurdische Gebiete, in der Türkei, nach #Rojava und im Irak. Er berichtet mit einem persönlichen Blick vom Kampf gegen den IS / Daesh und dem Freiheitskampf der #Kurden darüber hinaus, dabei auch aus Trainingslagern der #PKK im Kandilgebirge und über moderne gesellschaftliche Veränderungen unter schwierigsten Bedingungen.
Ein sehr lesenswertes Buch, dabei unerwartet - doch meist auf zynische Weise - humorvoll. Zeichnerisch solide umgesetzt. #Zerocalcare #Kobanecalling #Comic #Comics -

Il #Rojava ci ha inseganto, assieme a tanto altro, che, per fare la rivoluzione, le divisioni vanno superate. Che comunisti, anarchici, socialisti e democratici radicali possono lottare assieme e costruire collettivamente un mondo migliore. Ogni linea di pensiero, senza le altre, è niente.
Per questo, ora più che mai, la solidarietà verso i popoli del #Rojava deve essere concreta. È necessario difendere la prima rivoluzione del nuovo millennio e i suoi principi, ne va del futuro di tutte e tutti.
