Went to see #Kingfish tonight. 3rd time, he was amazing as usual. The crowd, however, was a bit much. I have a real limited tolerance for drunk normals who are there to rock out despite a total lack of rhythm or personal space.

I'm pretty excited - I zipped through the next 8 pages of King Fish in just a few weeks and will be ready to post it soon! (my goal was to have it ready by the end of October, haha 🎉🥳 :apartyblobcat:)

Hard to take a proper photo as I’m making a bunch of other stuff but was able to get some really beautiful kingfish today so immediately thought of a nice crudo
Marlborough sea salt, lime juice, a touch of Thai fish sauce, kumquat peel, kumquat juice, kaffir lime leaf, garlic, chili, then some olive oil.
