My Roland VR-09 has a very nice feature for organ playing, which is, the keys respond right near the top of the key travel rather than after the key hits the bottom of the travel, and sound the note at a set velocity, exactly like an organ does. This allows for a lot of subtle rhythmic effects with the fingers and I do not like playing organ on anything but that that device as a result.
Are there any Midi keyboard controllers that can do that behavior?
