Well, would you look at that. My Dana 60 once again has the required number of inner C's! They're even at the same dangle. YEEEAAAH!

I got the dang tube out! Air hammer, and a dremel around where the weld was did the trick!! Also got the tube cut down to the length i think i want it and started working out how to get the C back on. this is gonna be difficult.
