I love that Scandinavian jazz. Obsessed. A while ago, I made a playlist of mostly Scandinavian jazz vocalists, all female, though a few hail from other places--they were just some of my faves and I couldn't resist. Time for a male jazz vocalist playlist with a Scandinavian emphasis or simply modern European male jazz vocalists. I saw Nani Vazana in concert on Friday night at KPAC in Kirkwood, MO. Amazing singer 😄
Most of her songs were in Ladino but she also covered Sting's "Shape of My Heart" and did a jazz number.
She is touring the US and Canada for the next couple of months.
