I checked out the first episode of #KOn last night. And before that, on a whim, I checked out the first episode of...hold on, lemme look up the really long title..."I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too", for which the abbreviation is #IseLeve, apparently.
The juxtaposition of these two #anime series, so vastly different in genre, art style, content, and general tone/vibes, was pretty neat to think about.

I wasn't expecting much, but that was pretty damn good. Really does a great job setting up Yuuya and the shit he has endured through life. Even after he finds the other world and gains strength, his mind can't fathom anything other than what he knew prior.
I look forward to seeing more of this and how he grows. Also the quality is really good in terms of character design and animation.
