Overview The City of Missouri Valley is a minor community located within Harrison County, Iowa, along Interstate 29 and Route 30. Today, the community serves as the largest city in Harrison County and is home to the Watson Steam Train and Depot, though the smaller City of Logan to the northeast along the Boyer River serves as the county seat.
