Ran into a baffling thing today. Our statewide ILL system uses Encore for its online catalog, and if you have a title that includes a boolean term, such as the word not, it automatically recognizes it as a boolean command (even if you didn’t put it in all caps). So for instance, a book called These Are Not The Stories will not come up in a search unless you omit the word not. It seems like there has to be a way to adjust this on the back end!
