    I did a little post-thread on the Starbucks independent report on labor activity, which starts here:

    It's of interest to #corporatelaw folks because:

    1. The report was generated by a shareholder resolution.

    2. In the vote, State Street voted in favor (and was a pivotal vote) but #Vanguard + #BlackRock voted against.
