No, you can't turn on your heat pumps because the internet site connected to the app on the phone in your hand is under maintenance.
If our maintenance goes bad you will have to go out into the snow and try to open the frozen box and turn the thing off and on again and set everything up all over again, which will need the remote control which you haven't seen for about 2 years - WHICH IS WHY YOU ARE USING THE BLOODY PHONE TO CONTROL IT LIKE YOU TOLD US TO.
