collect and pay VAT on the customer's behalf, but I'm not quite sure where that is detailed or how it works.
Either way, it all is a major pita (you should see the online declaration forms I just had a look at - they are horrendous).
Anyway, I'd love to hear from someone who knows more about how #CustomsDuties / #ImportVAT / #ImportTax into the EU and Germany in particular works in practice, especially for items below the €150 threshold ...
