    -Based on the growing body of legally-admissible evidence, isn't it ipso facto that meters (be they "stupid" or "smart") only encourage & foster international utility firm extortion schemes?
    -Why do relevant #IGOs, e.g #IMF, & competent courts, e.g. #ICJ (who claim to be impressed by #AI) persist in endorsing power/gas meters, versus the telecom billing model, which features in-built device software to let consumers monitor consumption estimates?
