We know that at about 3:12 into the flight the vehicle triggered the flight termination system - but the engines kept firing. Normally the AFTS shuts down the engines at the same time. But without a flight computer the engines were stuck on. That allowed the autogenous pressurization system to keep filling the tanks, keeping them structurally sound for another 40+ seconds into the flight.
