Captured continuously by the AfarTV 4K livestream on Greenland’s west coast, near the entrance to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Ilulissat Icefjord, this video shows a massive passing iceberg that stops, collapses and rolls over with tremendous force. The entire event unfolds over approximately one hour (sped up, the video is 10 mins). It's a spectacular sight.

Do they commemorate rote chivalry?
Did they notice in the lifeboats
as I was savaged by the ravenous sea?

Into choking darkness, I fell tumbling,
The ship’s name eaten up in black,
Freezing water smothered my lungs;
Even if found, there’s no way back.

Women and children first, they said!
Our end certain as the sinking prow,
Would mothers now nobly step aside
to grant my final resting place somehow?

Classless wine, champagne bottles bobbed;
Numb fingers clasped at Old World pleasantries.
From the mass grave: “Tomb it may concern…”
The guilty waves murmur my eulogies.

Je suis impatient de visiter l'#exposition https://museepontaven.fr/expositions/au-temps-de-camille-claudel-etre-sculptrice-a-paris/ consacrée notamment à Camille Claudel au musée de Pont-Aven.
Je garde un très bon souvenir de la visite de l'exposition Camille Claudel au musée des Jacobins en 1993 à Morlaix. Je me revois encore m'accroupir pour voir La vague "d'en bas" comme ses 3 petits personnages 😊
En 2008, au #Groenland N.E., cette partie d'#iceberg m'a fait penser, à l'époque et encore aujourd'hui, aux mains, vues sous un certain angle, de l'implorante du groupe L'âge mûr.
J'ai hâte !
