Was up all night feeling terrible so today I am doing literally nothing but waiting for this flare to subside. In that space of "i know not eating makes it worse but also eating makes me nauseous" trying to force myself to cook an egg.
I've been sleeping on my side weird apparently too so my right shoulder and elbow have been super angry for days. it's just so much fun to have a body rn.

CW: Chronic pain
Last night right before bed the irritating IBS symptoms turned into a full on pain flare and today I am exhausted and sensitive. Not in as much pain but I also haven't gotten out of bed yet bc I'm afraid it will come back with a vengeance. Going to take it easy and try to just take care of myself today I guess. #FibroProbs #IBSprobs #TalkingAboutIt

TFW you slept terribly so your IBS is in a flare and you need to do a quick Google to reassure yourself that it's actually IBS and not anything more serious and then you decide it's time for some tumeric & ginger tea. #IBSprobs #TalkingAboutIt

Other reasons IBS is flaring: I ate a lot of cinnamon today (mildly allergic) and didn't take Prilosec today bc my guts have been unhappy and being on it for 2+ years isn't good sooooooo 🫠 #chronicIllness #IBSprobs #FibroProbs
