I don't have a good feeling about this:
Massive numbers are ignoring current mandatory evacuation orders. Example; ...Queen and Broad streets in Port Royal, Kingston (low-lying area, already flooded) Only one person boarded the evacuation bus yesterday.
881 emergency shelters are open, only 76 of them have reported activity. 972 people have registered.
