#Iran is burning!
The #HijabRow in wake of the killing of #MahsaAmini has ignited protests all over Iran.
It reminds me of the protests, brutal reprisals & finally, the overthrow of the #Pahlavi regime in 1979 #IranRevolution
My parents & us brothers managed to leave #Tehran safely, on 3rd February 1979.
Such a beautiful country and people!
Very modern, as can be seen in this c1970's photo of the #AirHostess of #IranAir.
No #Hijab!
PS: It is my belief, clothing is a matter of personal choice.
