This weekend was a little slow on the radio, but I managed to get 18 parks in the logs still! Mostly 20 meters, but there's a couple 40 meter ones. Prince Edward there is usually not one I get tho, so that's kinda an awesome hit!

Veveřice si poručila ještě župan ze slaniny, trochu jsem na to zapomněl když jsem dělal kůrčičku. Ale nebylo to tak hrozné, snědla vše.
S novou #HF se znova učím, možnost řídit otáčky ventilátoru = úplně jiný způsob použití.

1lž uzené papriky

1lž tymiánu, já někdy dávám italské (prostě nějakou směs)
sůl, pepř dle chuti

Panenku naporcujeme, osušíme, napatláme, necháme pár hodin odležet.
V #HF na 200°C/18min ideálně na roštu, v půlce otočíme. Já kontroluji teplotu masa uvnitř, ideálně 65°C a vychází mi 15-18min.
Pak nechat odležet a můžeme sežrat.

Well, last weekend was kinda slow for my radio adventures, so I waited until this weekend to make my post & map for it all. Didn't do too bad. Yesterday and today kind of made up for the poor conditions last weekend. The 3 over to the UK area were digital on 6m during a quick opening this afternoon.

Very interesting propagation this weekend. Way more NJ than I've ever gotten before in one sitting. And then the two weird long shots to the east & west. Huh. This was all a smattering of 40m, 20m, 17m, 15m, 10m and 6m. Was definitely a fun time!

I'm chasing a new noise source on 80m though that's making the band completely unusable, so that'll give me something to do for the next few weeks. I can't seem to find where it's coming from yet, and have tried walking around with a shortwave radio to see if I can find something specific in the house.

A very successful open day. Our #QO100 station worked Brazil, France and South Wales. An interesting experience where stations in such different locations are all the same signal strength.
Jake worked a few stations on the #23cm band, the furthest was in Gayton, Northamptonshire.
Ian worked Spain and Poland on #6m and some locals on #4m with a dual band Yagi.
North Wales Amateur Radio Group had fun on #2m and Wirral Peninsula amateur radio club were active on #HF.

Here's my POTA haul for the last 2 weekends! The sun ahs been kind of difficult recently, so I'm a little shorter than usual, but I'm still really happy with all I got! I did manage to get a few new parks tho! Mostly all is 20m, with a few 40m, 17m and 10m stuck in there for giggles.

80m is almost unusable at my QTH. I’m seeing a local noise floor of up to S9+20 dB, most likely caused by man-made interference from nearby. Weak signals are completely buried.
