Build silly faces https://helpalot.nl/silly/
Free, simple, no accounts, no ads, just a little fun. Make combo's to discover more brushes (mouths, eyes, etc).

Tinker Reuben, NY Presbyterian pastor, reflects on irony that Jesus would honor a Roman centurion (Mt 8; Lk 7). In his day, slaveholding contradicted the peace-seeking aspects of the Gospel. He says that war is immoral.
Today, are some folks trying to make the profession of enslaver out to be less of a contradiction with Christianity?
How can you make the pacific spirit of the Gospel more apparent to people who observe you?

Next iteration, printed new parts. The disks are now pieces of a mask.
I have played it with 3 kids in my (wider) family. The core gameplay seems to work. Still lots of iterating to do.

Today another iteration on the Helpalot prototype. In the co-op game you explore a map based on cards with a 'fog-of-war'.
The previous version had the problem of not having enough time pressure, you ended up always exploring all cards.
In this version I added a queue for guests of your party for time pressure and clear end condition. A bit hard to quickly explain, but the neat thing is that it's incorporated in the map as a river.

Did a bit of paper prototyping with my daughter for a Helpalot card game idea.
The rough idea is you explore, and for the spot you are on, you have options on multiple directions to go to.
The back-side of the option-card gives you some idea of what might be on the front-side. You select a direction, flip the card, and the path can be explored in that direction.
It's very early, just trying out things..

Going to give potential publishers a sample book. Preferably in person. Any tips on Dutch publishers I should visit?
