When Keyra was living with the Hazuki yes there were, Wind and Earth dragon anthros would often dance at the change of the seasons. just like wind and water for winter, wind and fire for summer, wind and earth again in the spring. crystal and shadow dragons would join in crystal in summer, and shadow in winter. but I digress.

for #HeartOfNavu and #IntertwiningLives I guess the best I could say was a tribal culture of sorts though I never dived too much into it other then that, nothing that really comes to mind.
unless for #ShadowedRose you can qualify royalty and kings and queens as a culture.
