I have never set up a new pump to take water from a dam. I would like advice.
Please don't make me open facebook again, it is awful there.
The List:
Draw-up (max): 4m
Head (over the hill): 9m
Output pressure: 200kPa (because it needs to deliver 25 litres per minute through a 100m of 19mm bore rural polypipe)
Dam water/debris tolerant
Electric
Pressure activated
Leak protection (run for 15 minutes in one go, then stop (and beep?))
