    Exercise is called “fingering” or “stroking”— the names sound a little funny 😏 — but at its core it’s about touch, rhythm, and flow.

    Felt fucking awful this morning. Pushed through my physio routine and cardio workout. Issues abound with the back (situation normal). However, the shoulder IS NO LONGER made of broken crockery and sellotape. The physio reckons I can up my routine to my normal activity. For this reason I'm going back to hand drumming. That's something I haven't dared try for over 2.5 years and I'm SO out of practice. 20 minutes warm up alternating base/slap/slap was nearly too much for me. #HandDrumming
