So @IamMrsGeek started watching #HalfBad last night and it caught my attention so I looked it up and noticed it's based on a trilogy of books.
Then today she mentions there's only eight episodes.
That's not enough for a trilogy.

I just finished binge-watching "Half Bad" (The Bastard Son & The Devil Himself) on Netflix with my son. It was his first time, my second.
It's one of the most gripping, original, and enjoyable things I've seen on television in a long time.
I can understand the pandemic leading to the cancellation of "I Am Not Okay With This" and "Teenage Bounty Hunters" (two other superb shows with young casts) but it's a travesty that they cancelled "Half Bad."

I finished watching season 1 of Half Bad: The Bastard Son and the Devil Himself.
Overall it was quite good. Even so, there are some things about it that I wasn't thrilled about. Actions of characters that don't make a lot of sense, real mustache-twirling villains. But it managed to rise above the problems. Honestly, it felt like an interesting setting for an RPG.

#HalfBad aka #TheBastardSonAndTheDevilHimself auf Netflix hat mich echt positiv überrascht. Hatte mir nichts davon versprochen, wollte einfach nur mal reinschauen und zack - hab ich die ganze Serie durchgesuchtet. Man merkt der ganzen Serie ihre britische Machart an und das ist schon an sich positiv. Aber auch die Charaktere und die Welt, die man dort aufbaut, sind sehr interessant. Definitiv ein Daumen hoch von mir. 👍
