The #Giants just traded #AlexCobb to the #Guardins for a young LH pitching prospect named #JacobBresnahan & another player to be named later, which is surprising to me only because the Guardians took him w/o him playing a single game this season & still needing time to recover from his 2nd Tommy John surgery.
So, the Giants save another $10M tradiing Cobb & at least get a much cheaper pitching prospect in the process.
Besides, the Giants are now loaded w/starters including Snell, Ray, Birdsong, Webb, Harrison & Hicks (if he's still considered a starter, which I'm wondering about because they used him in relief the other day).
