In 1973, Frechette + 2 members of Lyman's Fort Hill Commune in Roxbury attempted to rob the New England Merchant's Bank. One of the trio was killed by police while the other 2 were arrested. Frechette was sentenced to 6 to 15 years in prison where he died in 1975 in a weightlifting accident after a 150-pound barbell fell on his neck + he suttocated. He was 27.

I dropped off my bike at the shop yesterday for its annual tune-up, and they called today to have me pick it up. Today's effectively my first bike ride of 2026 with 9km. It's been four months since I started going back to the pool again. 🏊🏽♂️ I swim 3x a week now, averaging 1100-1300m in ~45min sessions.
