A memory tester for the days of UEFI

It started as a look at memtest86+ and the appropriate grub config for my multiboot flash drive, but then I added on a bunch of other grub config things I've done since the last post 2 years ago.
If anyone is interested, I can post my full grub.cfg file somewhere.
