Da, halb Europa will weg von Microsoft, #Darmstadt hingegen will jetzt #Microsoft365 einsetzen.
Weil das ja so gut ist vor allem nicht einem amerikanischen Großkonzern in die Taschen spült, goldene Käfige aufzieht und ansonsten eine Scheißidee ist.
Und warum?
Weil ihnen #Groupwise weggeflogen ist für vier Tage.
Ja, so habe ich auch geguck - Da fliegt denen ihre dreißig Jahre alte Software um die Ohren und anstatt offene Standards zu etablierern - Ab zu Microslop.

Are some #Novell #NetWare veterans here in the Fediverse?
I'm trying to install #GroupWise 6 on a NetWare 4.2 server and fail with installing the WebAccess component.
The GWINTER.NLM fails to load because it cannot find the function "ValidateAddressRange".
The problem is, I cannot find any reference to such a problem anywhere, even in Usenet postings from back then.
Has anyone some hints if this could be made working? -
