Does anyone know of a good, democratic method for building sub-groups of a group of people, that is not hurtful to outsiders, that is inclusive to people with social anxiety and doesn't discriminate or hurt anyone else either?PS: Sorry for wasting everybody's time with such an unspecific and badly worded question.
