Rhapsody in Blue was composed (and improvised) by #Gershwin and orchestrated by #Grofé in under a month, and first performed 100 years ago today.

(I feel much sympathy for the orchestra... any less time to practice, and they'd have been pretty much sightreading wet ink for the premiere.)

Anyway, for a few years now it's been in the #PublicDomain worldwide. If you like that kind of #music, enjoy!
