    #Gravitricity, the second of my two favourite old-school-physics-saves-the-world #startups is live on Crowdcube.

    Such an obvious idea. Dangle a big frigging weight over a mineshaft. Need electricity? Lower it. Got excess electricity? Winch it up.

    Much like my other favourite, #HybridAirVehicles, you could have done it a long, long time ago, but modern materials and systems make it a lot easier. Also, we now need it.
