Finally, a grammar checker that isn't made by a company who drunk deeply of the AI poison! Harper seems pretty good so far; as it highlights the few mistakes I make throughout the typing process. Giving me gentle feedback through color-coded underlines. Trying Harper for the week and figuring out if the grammar/spellchecker is worth keeping installed.

Did anyone ever use the online grammar checker https://grammark.org/#/ ?
It seems to me it has been hijacked to just promote ads for Grammarly : some site pages have a different style, and the author name has been substituted by a fake one (her sketch says either Olivia or Jane). I can't even find the original github repository.

Has somebody recently gone around and kicked all the #grammar checkers (that live inside of all of our software) in their heads?
For most of the last few years, grammar checkers have been making reasonable suggestions. I don't always agree with them, but they're reasonable.
Recently, it seems like they've all forgotten how English works. All of this supposed #AI they've added, and all I see is them getting dumber.
