Trump will embrace shutdowns to stop normal governance - and things will only be done through corrupt favors and contacts.
And the things he wants (military and ICE) will be exempted and taken from money allocated elsewhere.
#Dems need to prepare now - and realize this shutdown is just the first testing phase.
