While not often seen in practice, Noma is technically made of goo that happens to usually take on the shape of a raccynx, form held with the help of the P.I.C. on their arm. That said, nothing stops them from going a little less solid to mess with folks, like here trapping someone in a melty sole after stepping on them to go and lick them up!
