It would not have occurred to me, as an idiotic adolescent 40 years ago that I would be spending a Saturday night with a wonderful spouse and two friends listening to live music at an absinthe tasting party.

I haven't photographed strangers. You can not shoot people you don't know. You need to see the people before placing them into the image. That's my belief. Some images have taken months.
The power in images is strong. They create conceptions, photographer has responsibilities.
