Sorry #UAW, but 2028 is FAR too late for a #GeneralStrike.
That's 4 more years of the elite and powerful letting #COVID cull the population. None of our governments will go back to doing the right thing — the end of COVID protections PLUS the ongoing #gaslighting around it just like HIV / AIDS in the '80s and '90s — is making that loud and clear. Even the most holdout of nations are abandoning protections under the immense pressure of the U.S.A. to pretend that the world is normal. Don't underestimate my country's reality distortion field.
Stop showing up. It's time to flex that power so that at least politicians are reminded of who they serve, and where the wealth generation really happens, and how #billionaires will need to begin to redistribute that wealth lest we go from work stoppages to working on guillotine construction.

And now Kaiser Permanente workers are on strike. (Go, labor! ✊🏻)
So that's:
* health care workers
* writers (recently resolved, yay!)
* actors
* auto workers
* VFX workers and animators
* hospitality workers in Vegas(Also, strikes by UPS delivery workers and West Coast dock workers were narrowly averted, and Kansas City pharmacists staged a walkout.)
Can we call this a #GeneralStrike now?

@PeterStefanovic I would hope that you're right but I fear the #GeneralStrike2023 may become what historians write most about #Brexit. #EmploymentRights #BrexitFreedomsBill https://www.lewissilkin.com/en/insights/what-might-the-brexit-freedoms-bill-mean-for-employment-law
