Learn how to cultivate these nutritious foods at home, from seed to harvest, and create a pesto or salad dressing using fresh greens.
Microgreens have nutritional value and are also a cost-effective green food that you can grow in your home all year round, saving plastic and food waste.
Participants will make their own tray of #microgreens to take home, so please bring a plastic container and lid, such as a shallow take-away container.
