Nous avons mobilisé notre Garde humanitaire ce matin au passage de Kerem Shalom pour nous assurer que les colons n'arrêtent pas l'aide en route vers Gaza et que les camions passent avec succès.

Mais deux millions de Palestiniens à Gaza souffrent de manière inimaginable, avec la famine, la destruction et la mort tout autour d'eux. C'est une catastrophe, et l'aide « minimale » qui arrive dans la Bande n'est tout simplement pas suffisante.

Nous travaillons chaque jour pour changer cette réalité insupportable, et nous prévoyons de revenir pour nous assurer que l'aide humanitaire parvienne à Gaza.

Mais nous savons que ce n'est pas suffisant.

La seule solution durable est que notre gouvernement mette fin à cette guerre d'anéantissement, assure la libération de tous les otages, lève le blocus et cesse de bloquer l'entrée et la distribution de l'aide à Gaza.

We mobilized our Humanitarian Guard this morning at the Kerem Shalom crossing to make sure that settlers don’t stop aid on its way to Gaza and that the trucks pass successfully.

But two million Palestinians in Gaza are suffering unimaginably, with starvation, destruction, and death all around them. This is a catastrophe, and the “minimal” aid making it into the Strip is simply not enough

We’re working everyday to change this unbearable reality, and we plan to come back to ensure that the humanitarian aid makes it into Gaza.

But we know this is not enough. The only sustainable solution is for our government to put an end to this war of annihilation, secure the release of all the hostages, lift the blockade, and stop blocking the entry and distribution of aid into Gaza.

The "Standing Together" movement launched its first action, which it calls the "Humanitarian Guard", this Sunday.
Faced with the rise in violence, these peace activists have mobilized to try to protect humanitarian convoys attacked by members of Israeli far-right collectives.
