I have captured this video via the Elgato Game Capture Neo. Anyone know the best project settings I should use in Final Cut Pro. I then want to export it to YouTube. Any recommedations?

I am trying out my new Elgato Game Capture Neo connected to my M1 MacBook Air and an XBOX Series X. I am getting no signal in the OBS software. QuickTime is the same. The TV is showing the video from the XBOX Series X fine. Any ideas?
