CW: Finding Furry Convention Roommates
If you've ever been trying to find roommates for fur cons, I made a Telegram group and a Discord server for easily doing that since ConRoomies is dead.
The TG group is pretty active and I've just appointed some more admins so we're ready for an influx on Telegram and can get the Discord server more active as well.

I feel conflicted on the #BLFC discourse. There are absolutely people that just can't go anymore if they insist on keeping it on weekdays, but I see more than a few people that are saying "Finally, I can get time off to go to a con!" One prominent #furcon being on weekdays won't stop the growth of our fandom of course. But then, I'm saying that as someone who's not anywhere near Reno. #furry #furcons #furrycons

CW: COVID Mitigations at Furry Conventions
You can't sit there and say masks didn't work at #furcons to prevent #COVID when there's quite a number of furries that went to cons prior to mask requirements being dropped that never got COVID and plenty that are getting it at cons now (some multiple times from various cons) that mask requirements have been dropped.

So Meatball Ron's rapid response director that led to the whole panic over calling LGBT people "groomers" all over the US is very aware of #furcons now. There is a good chance shit is going to escalate soon with conservatives and cons. Yikes. Stay safe out there, y'all.
