CW: Lots and lots of colorful f-bombs
So I had a fucking idea.. in the spirit of https://f-droid.org/packages/rocks.poopjournal.fucksgiven/ I wonder if we could give this a Fediverse-style flavoring, incorporating communal fucking empathy.
The concept is this: Whenever user "Jim" is super pissed-off about something, he posts it with 1) the hashtag #fucksgiven and 2) includes a poll with the options simply "Yes" and "No".
If the reader feels it is something that is completely out of Jim's control and worrying about it is fucking needless, they vote "No". If it's something he can fucking change or address, they vote "Yes".
In other words, based on Jim's post should any fucks be given about the topic? No? Jim should strongly consider ceasing of disgorgement of any significant number of fucks. Yes? Jim is advised that he should redirect his energies from fucking worrying about shit and fucking do something about said shit.
Either way, we should be good Fedizens and strive to be as respectful, non-judgmental, and supportive as fucking possible to Jim because it isn't fucking easy to reflect upon our insecurities and anxieties. Inviting others to examine them with us is scary - let's not fuck it up for Jim, alright?
